Today, I felt great! Everything is going well.

I did a virtual walk that was filmed on Lake Samsonvale, Australia. A hike really, it was filmed in the woods next to a lake just as the sun was going down. This was on YouTube.

walked 2 miles
did 1043 jumpropes in 8 minutes, of course it was broken up by minute intervals

total miles walked in 2013: 8
total jumps for January 2013: 1443

i find this is a good place for me to log my progress, and keeps me accountable. emoticon

Biked 20 min
Walked 2 miles
Jump roped 500 X

Seems like a nice habit I am getting into. I hope I can keep it up. I force myself to get into my workout clothes. But once I get warmed up, I start to enjoy myself.

Yesterday, I walked 2 miles.
Today, I walked 2 miles.




Total miles walked 2013: 4

I hope this inspires me to continue walking. I had a goal of walking 5 miles a day, but in reality, my schedule will not allow that. I work 7 days a week and I need to conserve some energy for work. I hope I can get to a consistent 3 miles a day. I hope by spring I can reach this goal.

My heel is doing well, I do brace it up and also my knee needs bracing. So far so good!

So so day

Today, I was so tired I did not know what day it was. But, I am a glutton for punishment. I hand scrubbed the edges of my bathroom and the mopped it. I laundered all the bath mats, dried them and put them back in place.
Mopped the rest of the house. My house is completely tiled.
Started watching my Freaky Friday ghost programs, decided to jump on my recumbent bike and biked 5 miles in 28 minutes.

I like to spot clean, I can't clean everything in one day. So everyday, I kind of pick out a cleaning project and get it done. I am forever cleaning and jumping up and doing something. I can't sit down for 2 hours and just relax and watch a movie. I am amazed I don't weigh less! Maybe, I should start dieting! emoticon

    I do that...cleaning the way you do, including doing the edges of floors on my hands and knees. It's the only way I can make sure it gets clean!

I do watch Netflix almost every night, but I do it surrounded by notebooks, pens, and tonight, two afghans I'm working on. I cannot just sit still and watch something.

You did an awful lot for being tired!
