I really did not want to do anything today. I woke up with a sinus headache. Still have it late this evening. But I decided to catch up on my "real housewives" shows and decided to ride my recumbent bike. I would have gone much farther, but my bum went numb! Lol!

I did not work out today as planned. The time change really screwed me up. I bought a small blender. I want to make breakfast smoothies. I also want to replace ice cream with these smoothies. I bought strawberries, bananas and no fat milk. This will definitely help me not gain weight during the holiday season, and I might even lose some weight.

Today I rode my recumbent bike while watching one of my favorite tv programs. I just love all the paranormal stuff on tv. Anyway, I watched Ghost Adventures, and I decided to exercise. So it wasn't a total waste of time. emoticon

September was a very good exercise month for me. I reached 1000 fitness minutes. Not so much in October. I want to be able to reach at least 1000 fitness minutes in November. I was held accountable because I was posting on FaceBook every day. This month I want to post everyday on SparkPeople. I posted workout and minutes. So here we go:
