40 min. Cathe kick, punch & crunch dvd
20 min. Recumbent bike
I am starting to get in the groove of working out 4-5 times a day. I will probably be sore for a few days, but I promise to walk or bike tomorrow.
I am feeling pretty strong physically and emotionally today.
If I am not too sore I will do some Zumba!
