I am starting to get in the groove of working out 4-5 times a day. I will probably be sore for a few days, but I promise to walk or bike tomorrow.

I am feeling pretty strong physically and emotionally today. emoticon

If I am not too sore I will do some Zumba!

    Don't over do it! you should start slow and gradually increase. Don't forget to track your workouts in the fitness tracker.

    It's great to hear that you have a lot of motivation to do so much exercise! Be careful not to burn out. Zumba is great fun, I've tried classes in the past. Enjoy the month of October! I hope that it's positive, productive, and fun for you.
