ANGEL IN MY HEART

When I have no one to turn to
And I am feeling kind of low;
When there is no one to talk to
And nowhere I want to go...

LIFE IS A MIRACLE

Life is a miracle don't let it slip away,
Open your heart to others, give of yourself each day.
See the beauty in everyone, regardless of where they've been,

Do the things you dream about but don't have time to start.

update:
for my thyroid issues i have been having the dr has recommended i follow "Wilson's T3 protocol " i have done at least 6 /8 rounds since late last spring trying to stimulate to thyroid to respond and help me with my efforts at losing weight etc
with this protocol you are checking your temperature and pulse looking for temp above 98 i have hardly ever reached that expectation....
my weight has gone up a few pounds as i had the band released as i was having band issues (chest pain) all turned out ok about the chest pain and so the saline was slowly added again........i have been gaining and losing the same few pounds since ......
i will be seeing my dr mid February and hopefully she will have more ideas to offer.......
thanks so much for all your support throughout my journey as many many days i wonder why bother but i know i must keep plodding along no matter what......i know i have become healthier and much fitter due to my efforts and that is my best outcome so far...i just want more.......hopefully i one way or the other overcome my medical issues....
