How is it that we are already through 1/12 of this year!? I feel like I just "officially" started my new life a week ago and time is already "running out!" Oh, well. No looking back, right? I've been reading a lot of inspirational blogs on SP and decided that I need to start doing monthly goals as a way to keep myself in check.
So ... for February, here is what I have come up with:
1. Workout 3x/week. I'm hoping to do my NEW Wii :) those days and still do some light stretching/sit-ups the other days.
2. Drink Water! I'm doing really well at work but once I get home, I just stop drinking. By the end of the month, I need to be up to 2 glasses at home.
3. Track my nutrition. Oh, my gosh ... I can't believe what I was eating before!! Never again. I have been finding amazing new recipes at www.skinnytaste.com as well as here on SP.
Only 28 days, starting tomorrow. That's not so bad. I think I can, I think I can ...
