Man so I enjoy working out for the most part but it super sucks when I lose inches in the places that are the smaller parts of me. My waist for instance, it isn't tiny but it smaller than my bust and hips and all I want to do is lose my bust so I can wear a smaller shirt size and my pudge below my belly button so I can wear smaller pants size. Anyone have any great workouts for those areas?? Help!
