Today I reached 20 pounds lost!! Super awesome. So far I have lost a pant size and 20 pounds. Feeling good about life. I have more energy. It is easier to get full and just overall feeling good about myself. I have gained so much motivation which helps in all aspects of my life. I just wanted to share some good news. New month, New goals

The last two months I have successfully made it to 1000 minutes each month. This month given that school is in full swing and work and such I don't feel I have the time to make that goal again but what I would like to do is make another goal. My plan for February is to make use of my resources. I would like to make time to go to the gym and use the gym on campus. My other goal is to do more strength training. What are your new goals for February? Keep on keeping on. We got this!

    Great goals!! And great that you know your limits!!

January I was successful in walking 10,000+ steps a day - 31 for 31 emoticon But as February neared I knew my limits too - no way can I keep this up so just as you New Month - new goals and i too want to add in strength training and streatching / flexibility as well. So i;'m switching up my February goal to shoot for 60 minutes of "activity" with M-W-F devoted more towards Strength & Stretching with T-Th-Sa back to walking/cardio and maybe take Sundays off - there's a thought RELAXATION aaaaa

So far I am on track for getting 1000 fitness minutes this month which is great. I succeeded last month woohoo!! Now working hard on those pesky pounds each 5-7 pounds at a time. Doing good having the small goals and keeping it off! Good luck and God bless this year!! It will be a great one!

So, I took up your goal last month and didn't make it. I'm trying again this month and look on track for 1000 for January. I'll see you (hopefully) when school starts. I've got some recipes I think you'll like.

My goal for December was to get 1000 fitness minutes this month I am now realizing I have 8 days left and still need to do 419! Man what is a girl to do. I have faith that I can do this but that averages to 52 minutes of working out a day for the rest of the month!! Craziness. Now is the time I need to be making my small goals for January...starting a new year and all. Lots of new beginnings and continuation of the journey I have started and am determined to complete. So here is to all you still going. Keep on keeping on. Nothing is impossible. Keep it up every step is a good step forward, just don't give up.

    You can do it. Just break that up into 2 30 minute sessions each day. Tell you what. I'm going to do it with you. Each day, 60 minutes until January 1st. We can do it. This is my last goal of the new year.

End of Semester Fitness Testing

Well the dreaded day was upon me again but I am glad to learn that I have gotten stronger! Woo hoo! I was able to do more push ups as well as sit ups. I have been gradually losing weight. I am more flexible than I was at the beginning of the semester. This is such a cool thing to see progress! Feeling like I can do this!
