Weigh In

So this week I weighed myself today and I am down 2.5 lbs. Finally I am seeing it come off. Upped my calories and I added cycling 4 days per week. I also am starting some weight training. Squats, leg press, bicep curls etc. I am starting my 3rd week of CP25K. Have a great weekend everyone!

Great Week

I am having a great week. Since Sunday I have exercised for 1 hour and felt great. Lifting weights and working on the Couch Potato to 5K program. It has been just over 1 month of my getting back on track and I have been eating healthy, making good choices. If I slipped I never let it get me down and I usually never went over my calories for the day. I am so proud of myself.

TGIF and it's a 3 day weekend for me! Got on the scale and I lost 2 lbs. Finally! I want to have a nice relaxing weekend with some awesome workouts in and great time with my family. And I have been doing awesome not eating unhealthy food and eating what is right for me! Hope everyone has a happy, fun and safe Fourth of July!

Ok I lost 1.2 lbs. Not great but I know that it will stay off. A little depressed today. Feeling blue today.

    wish I new the words to the Elvis song "Don't Be Blue". Cheer up. 1.2 lbs is the right progress. A spark friend said on her anniversary that 'The works not all that hard, it's just not instant" I try and remember this when things are moving slowly.

O.K. I am little scared cause tomorrow is my weigh in day and I hope the scale cooperates. It is so frustrating to eat right and exercise 6 days per week and not lose anything. I wouldn't be upset if I had been dieting for months and had already lost weight. But I just started 3 weeks ago. But I can not let it get me down! I have to stay positive!
