Getting Stronger

This week I am feeling a lot stronger, probably in response to some strength training and getting sleep. I'm looking forward to a weekend of recreation!

Motivation? Not really!

This summer has been busy with work, but I find myself today sitting, not motivated to do anything. Maybe I need the rest, but later I will push myself to do the following things:

--Walk the dogs.
--Volunteer at Animal Control.
--Go through that stack of mail that has been building up while I am at camp.

But first, I'll take a nap!

    I agree! Sometimes, we give and give and go and go so much we forget about ourselves. Try to relax, set small manageable goals, and re-evaluate some of the extra activities that are zapping all of your energy. I love to be busy and involved in lots of things, but, sometimes, you just have to let go of some of it. Don't forget to put a little "me" time into your daily goals and schedule, too. (You might even have to physically add it to the calendar for a while! I did!) Hang in there! Try to stay positive, because attitude is 99% of the battle!
