Ok I am exaggerating just a bit....
It will stick this time. I have everything I need. I have time mapped out everyday. I have even found a buddy to go workout with. Most of all I hung my wedding dress up where I can see it everyday. That alone is motivation enough.
Today I hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and used one of coach nicole's videos. You dont think since minutes would be a workout until you try it!
I had and awesome breakfast and for lucnh I am doing nothing but fruit and veggies. I am in love with the green giant. He makes everything taste yummy!
My only obstacle of the day is to get throuhg work. If I can kick the habit of eating what I see there I will be well on my way! The cheese fries will not stop me today!!!!

Ok at the end of the day today, sit down and ponder over whta you have actually done today, and then realize that the 200 errands you ran plus children, work, working out, and every cleaning thing that you did really adds up!
I took my child to daycare today so that I could run every errand I could think of. Lets see I have been to Kroger, that bank, I had my watch fixed, I have been tanning, to 4 other stores, I have worked out for an hour, cleaned out my garage. then I will pick up my child , make dinner, clean the house after she goes to bed,, and then maybe take a bath. Wow that really adds up.
I am super mommy, and thats with only one child!

One more day until i have a day off, and not just a day off to be bad, but a day off from work and cleaning and most other things. I have someone coming to clean my house, someone to clean my carpet, and I am going to the spa!!!!! And then I am going out for drink with other couples,, wow a social life too ,, who knew? So today Ill be trying a new video, and hitting the treadmill for 30 minutes. And today I am making som fruit cups like I had at work last night. So yummy.
I know its hard on this day of the week /b c temtations are great in the middle of the week. so today find something you really like to eat that is also healthy and count every activity as some calorie loss, it will make your temtations go away,, hopefully any way....

How many people have a #2 blog? Its the second day and you do pretty good. And then the week wears on and day four and five become harder and by day six your thinking about just starting all over again with day 1. What a vicious cycle... So I have decided on day 4 to be a day off. That way day 5 is more like day one. And my vicous cycle gets just a little bit shorter.
Back to 25 minutes on the treadmill, and everyday this week I am trying a new video from coach nicole. The butt blaster was short and to the point and I felt it this morning. Today i am trying something upper body. One day I will lose the flabby stuff.
Alright lets have day 2!!!
