How do people do it?

I am trying to folow a diet and an exercise routine.
I am trying to keep the house clean, run all the errands and balance the budget.
I am trying to be a good mother and fiancee.
I am trying to work full time at the restaurant while trying to run my own home buiness.
I am trying to have five minutes to myself .
I am trying to plan a wedding.
I am trying to make a scrap book finish a quilt and twenty other projects i have just sitting there.

And yet there are people out there who do this on a daily basis and still have time for a million other things. How do they do it? Because in my world I can only make so much time a day and something suffers for it. yesterday in order to fit all my errands in a didnt get on the treadmill.
The day before that I, to work and fit all of my to do list, I sacrificed time with Ava. Will someone just find me sometime? Or maybe a personal assistant who will work for free!

Oh, hun, I KNOW your pain! Just take things one at a time and try your very best to enjoy what you are doing in every moment because this moment won't come again. Don't beat yourself up for what you haven't gotten done, rather praise yourself and thank God (or whatever power you believe gives you life) for the things you were able to achieve in this day.

I too can benefit from the words I just typed.... Keep up your good work... you're doing awesome!

Today will be a good day. I am getting promoted in the at home business I am involved in. And I have the day of from work, so much to be done. I was really good yesterday and then I had some Jager. Did you know Jager has a million calories. Ok maybe not, but close. So off to the treadmill I go.

I worked out a little too hard yesterday, I am sore all over. I had such a great healthy day. You know how you stick to it and then reward yourself. Well it was a chicken a veggie day for me followed by a small brandy alexander. It couldnt of tasted better. so I hopped on a friends scale after mine and the wii and hers said something in between what both of mine said. On that note I give up on scales. My true measure will be getting into that dress!

Yeah, I guess unless both scales are calibrated to the same set point, and they both have the same accuracy specs, you will likely get different weights between different scales. I use one scale only, and that is not so much for the actual number, but for the difference between starting point and weekly numbers to gauge progress.

So you are right, the important thing is how you feel, how you fit in the clothes that you want to fit into etc.

Good luck, sounds like you are doing well!

Yeah its been a while since i have been on here. Yesterday was a good day. i got promoted in my business. And i finally had a good financial weekend. Struggling with stress and food is the worst. Ok so big question I use the Wii Fit. The Wii fit says I am one wieght, while the scale says another, and they are off by 10lbs... Whos more accurate?

My daughter is the best. today she put on all of the beads i gave her and then ran straight for her sunglasses!! She is a true diva and not even 2 yet! So my main goal here in life is to fit into my wedding dress, and next week I am having a fitting for it with all of my accessories. We will see just how much progress i have really made, and how much more I have to make. What a stressful time to try to be healthy. i have a wedding and trying to find a new job, and trying to buy a house, and the list goes on...
