Lets call this day 3.Tuesday, January 17, 2012So last week I decided to get back on track, but the second the thought crossed my mind I had a set back. I have been trying to get over a nasty little sinus infection. the moment I thought I felt better I went to see my trainer, and by the end of the night my throat had swelled shut. So I took another week to be fully healthy, and tomorrow I will go back to my trainer again. But this I week I have been so good!! I bought a mountain fo fruits and veggies this week( cuties were on sale) And I dusted off the treadmill and had a heart to heart with it! I feels really good to be back on here and back on the right track b/c I REFUSE to look and feel like this anymore! ![]()

So last year I lost 30 lbs. with the help of Sparkpeople before my wedding. And then life kicked in to high gear. Bills got high , work became a constant thing, and I went right back to my old lifestyle. When a coworker asked me the other day what happened to my diet. I realized that I had let stress and my eating conquer all and that I was back at the beginning. I am disappointed at how I just let myself go so easily... But no more!! I am back with a vengeance and I and I vow to get the lifestyle back that I once mastered!
