Last week was crazy, but I feel that I am back to making progress.
Yesterday I mean to eat and drink and be merry, and have a free day, but now that I am thinking about it, I really didnt eat that much at all, and I found all the nutritional info on every slice of pizza at the pizza hut website, which is very nice.
My trainer did nothing but work out my arms today, and I do feel that they may now break off while I am asleep,, ahh but it felt so godd to work out today!!!

So the most important thing in my life is y daughter Ava. She is 3, and she does lots of 3 year old things, like throwing tantrums. Now we have curved her tantrums at home, but now we are having problems at day care. She can't make it the whole day without hitting, or pushing a kid, and yesterday she tried to bite her teacher!!! So we turned off the tv for the night, and took all of her toys away, and basically grounded her for a day or so. Did i mention she is 3? We have tried so many ways to get her to behave, but I am at my wits end!!!
Moving on, my workout was great yesterday! And I was so good yesterday! I have slid a little here and there over the last few weeks but I am really starting to back into the groove of things! I am having an off day however on Super Bowl Sunday and I can't wait! We have a party every year, and all I can think about is a giant slice of pepperoni pizza and a jager bomb!!! After that I have decided to make off days on special days, not once a week, so the next day will be valetines day, and after that I plan on making mile markers, that way i can really see some progress.

So I am taking my daughter to the dentist for the first time today!! I am so excited!
On Sunday I pinched a nerve in my back by coughing Sunday. yeah I know most people do it through strenuous activity or working out, but no i did it sitting in a chair!! Anyway So I skipped working out the last 2 days, and I made my trainer take it easy on my today,, Thank God the treadmill doesnt aggravate it.
So next week will be a better workout week, and I am trying to get some buddies to go to the trainer with me, so not only will I be helping myself , but i will hopefully be trying to motivate others in the process!

So last week I decided to get back on track, but the second the thought crossed my mind I had a set back. I have been trying to get over a nasty little sinus infection. the moment I thought I felt better I went to see my trainer, and by the end of the night my throat had swelled shut. So I took another week to be fully healthy, and tomorrow I will go back to my trainer again. But this I week I have been so good!! I bought a mountain fo fruits and veggies this week( cuties were on sale) And I dusted off the treadmill and had a heart to heart with it! I feels really good to be back on here and back on the right track b/c I REFUSE to look and feel like this anymore!

So last year I lost 30 lbs. with the help of Sparkpeople before my wedding. And then life kicked in to high gear. Bills got high , work became a constant thing, and I went right back to my old lifestyle. When a coworker asked me the other day what happened to my diet. I realized that I had let stress and my eating conquer all and that I was back at the beginning. I am disappointed at how I just let myself go so easily... But no more!! I am back with a vengeance and I and I vow to get the lifestyle back that I once mastered!
