So yesterday I was trucking along with my healthy little day, and then major stress hit and I stumbled and landed on some poundcake.. Now I have started reading the articles on emotional eating and stressful eating. Still even after the stress is starting to lift I pass by something obviously bad for me and proceed to eat all of it. AHHH but there is an upside! Usually when this happens, I am set back for like weeks. TOday I am trucking again because I realized that it was a mistake and not a set back. But back to the original point, how do I avoid that slip up in the first place?
