Since the wedding, I just can't seem to stay consistent. This morning my trainer called me and said stop avoiding me and get here now!!!, It absolutely motivated me,, So today on a Tuesday, I get back to it.. My workout felt great I now have nergy for the day!! I might be out of the loop, but at least I do not have to lose weight i have gained back, or retone muscless that I let go,,, I just have to get back to a healhty lifestyle,, today is the day!

Work burnout

I have been at work everyday for seven days, with no end it sight. We spent a little more on the wedding than planned, and i have to now work everyday (almost) for the rest of the month.. that's not good considering that I am almost burned out. It doesnt help the rest of my day.
Working everyday zaps the time from day to do all of other things i have to do,,, the errands i need to run and the time to go workout.. My trainer does night sessions which is when i work, and after trying to finish my to do list everyday i have little time to exercise before work..

Then work all its own is another matter.. Working at a restaurant to me sometimes is a little demeaning.. I hate the actual feeling of being a server, b/c some people dont understand the difference between server and servant,,, Also it is a huge challenge trying to not eat the calorie loaded food at my work.. I mean there are several healthy options, but once i am stressed out,, I can only think of fried food, and not having a day off causes me to continually stare at the bad stuff...

Well hopefully I pay off the things i need soon so that i can have the time to do what i need and to stop obsessing over the cheese fries..

Today I threw out all the cupcakes:)

Today I am getting back to the treadmill,, in fact it may even be dusty,, but nothing big today,, a good run , and a good stretch.

Besides the leftovers from the wedding, there is nothing else in the fridge, so before i can get back to the eating right, i have to go grocery shopping...

Do you know what i like ? Saying the words wife, husband, and correcting people of my last name,,, Its like wow! i am Mrs. Fishburne,, wow I am married,, i love it,,

What is really awesome is that I go back to the trainer tomorrow,,, and my sister told me yesterday that i still have 10 free sessions, so I am going to go as much as possible before I have to pay him:) Most trainers are really expensive, hence the reason we usually create our own routine everyday,, but Dave is very awesome in the fact that he is always accessible and very cheap,, like less than 20$ a session,,which makes it easier for me to want to get back in the groove! emoticon

The wedding blog!!

So I finally got married last week. I promise to post more pics when the photographer gets them to us,, but I couldnt be happier. My dress fit like a dream,, and I couldnt believe the comments! I would be on my honeymoon this week but my fiancée,, i mean my husband (that takes some getting used too) has finals, and then graduation, and then mothers day,, and the list keeps on going. so we have decided to postpone our honeymoon until september. That will give my plenty of time to finish my weight loss goals and get into even better shape. plus i will be able to finish my after wedding stuff , and reach a few non health related goals, such as a head start on a new job...

anyway we stayed home this week instead and tried to demolish all of the leftover food,, yeah i know not a great idea. and from all of the things i did last week, i have actually put on a few pounds. So starting monday I am back, to the trainer and the lifestyle i created for myself... that means all of those leftover delicious cupcakes will be hitting the trash on monday,,,, I just hate wasting this food we paid an arm and a leg for ,, aww the point of the day was to have an awesome with people i love,, and i did just that,, and not i is time to get back to it!!!!

Last blog for a while

So I have two weeks until the wedding, and more to do than a multi million dollar corporation,,, So I am going to take a hiatus for a month or so. After the wedding my fiancée graduates, and then we are going on our honeymoon,, so I will step on the scale the day before the wedding and take pics, and then i will step on again after the HM and start a new weight loss goal, because we all know I am going to gain a few while I am on vacation...

I really want to thank everyone for the support and encouragement,, Sparkpeople has given me insight on how to live a healthy lifestyle and not look at ti as a diet,,, I now tell everyone that with consistency and a routine, that the weight will just fly off...

Today I went through my closet to what fit and what didnt, b/c i am kinda at one of my main goals which was 135. And I put a ton of doesnt fit clothes into the fit section, and I also realized some clothes will never fit again due to being a mommy so I got rid of a few things too.. I am now officially a size 9 which I havent been in years,,,

I am just amazed that me wanting to fit in my dress for the wedding would inspire me too finally get back to they way I used to be. I am now inspired by my future union and all the comments i receive and the just closet of "new" clothes to wear, and my daughter to keep it going.. Furthermore My trainer my hire me to be his assistant b/c he has too many people calling him lately, and he wants someone to help him keep the appointments straight and help with group programs,,, me helping a trainer??? that is crazy!!!

So when I get back I promise lots of pics,, lots of before and after pics, and I am going o create a meal plan of my own and my own exercise plan,, to keep all of my success going...

OMG I am getting married!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    A size 9! Way to go!!! You have worked so hard these last few months to get to this point. Have a great break and don’t forget to enjoy the wedding after all this work!

You may gain a little on your HM, but you are now armed with loads of information to help you mitigate the damage. You will do fine. After all it is a lifestyle change and not a diet.
