So last ngiht my fiance invited a few people over for drinks after work.
My immediate thought is, I can't not drink with them...
But i did. hoever the bad part is that I snuck a bafg of chips and a coke into the bedroom as I told everyone goodnight.. so i as I lay there with my trusty old friends in my hand, I realize that the cokeis to sugary, and the chips are to salty, after a handful of chips I put it all down and went to sleep. so I tried to be bad and I failed. Whoever thought I would say that?
Well i am up so early b/c I am off to the trainer today.. Ihope I am not sore for three days like I was last time so pray for me k?

I am taking a break from the workout today, i just ran out of time. Hmmm lets review where i might of went wrong..
slept in till 8:30,, maybe
hung out extra with my daughter this morning,, - worth it
made breakfast for the family - just a little bad
going into work early - broke as a joke I am :)
my to do list was time consuming today - law school applications, redoing the budget, and unplanned errands
well, I guess I might need a break anyway, for I have worked out 4 days in a row. i will keep my calories the same however, so I can salvage something, and I have decided to take the long route at work the entire night so that I can a few extra steps in.
I am a server, and my job is not a sit down job, so I wonder ifmy line of work could count for something like a leisurely walk, ,,
Well tomarrow is a new day and wish me luck for round 2 at the trainer... Enjoy the weekend!

Yesterday I went to the trainer.
Ready for this?
I really enjoyed it!
However I am sore today in the cheset and back, but it will go away with more progress. I should be really sore from all the squats but I am not, and I am praying it doesn't come back to bite me tomarrow!
So today , I will have a little cardio, a little stretching and I will pick up the dumbells, for what isnt sore...
Another awesome thing is tonight I will be making dinner the right way for me and my finacee.. Usually when I fix him dinner, I either cave a little or toal breakdown. Not tonight. He is really supporting me and says he totally enjoy my chicken and veggies with me!

I was so proud of myself yesterday.
So I tried the hula hoop for 10 minutes, and I am terrible.
Next I ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes.
Finally I jumped rope for 10 minutes, and realized I am really good at this!
Today, i am meeting with trainer, and I am so scared he going to work me like a dog, but hey if that's what it take to get into my dress, then count me in!
Yesterday I managed to also eat all of my fuits and veggies, before it was 4.. It has taken me foreve to really want the healthy stuff.
I am now taking this night off work, which means I get to cook for my self, which mean Hump day will not be as hard and maybe it will lead to a better week for me !!! so Happy Hump!

So this is how yesterday went.
My sister cancelled out on our training appointment at the gym but still wanted me to come see her new house. So I workout on my own. As we are getting ready to leave she tells me to stop at pizza hut and pick up the pizza she bought for all of us. So I am in the passenger seat with two pizzas on my lap traveling to her house which took like an hour b/c traffic was bad..
Can we say temptation?
To make matters worse, i had to make chex muddy buddie mix for an event, and had to spend my day staring at it and smelling peanut butter and chocolate...
Now the question is,, did i succumb to temptation? No I did not? If I can make it past yesterday then there is nothing stopping me!!!
