Yesterday I watched Rudolph, and this morning I watched how the Grinch stole Christmas. This is my favorite time of the year. Not because its Christmas, but b/c of all the cartoons I get to watch, and the fact that I get to act like a kid for a month and no one will say anything! Tomarrow I am watching Frosty the snowman, and next week I am pulling out my decorations and my Christmas DVD collection. it rivals the regualr collections.
Now the one things I will not be pulling out, until Christmas day will be the fudge!
Along with my addiction to Christmas cartoons and movies, is the addiction to fudge, the yummy chocolate, and peanut butter, and smore fudge that my friends feed me all month will not happen this month, except Christmas day. This combined with my will power for all of my tasty treats will hopefully help lose a little this month instead of gain alot this month. If I can do it then Christmas Day will only be that much sweeter!

Hump day is the middle of the week. it is that day wear your strength begins to wain, and you are wondering if you can finish the day out. I feel like that every week, and sure enough by Friday i have stated to myself that i will be starting over again on monday.
I grow tired of starting over,, and I know I am not the only one. i need a new way to look at it. And I need to learn to get over the hump, and soon the wedding is in 5 months,,,, holy cow I am getting married in 5 months,,,!!!! It is really starting to hit me..
Today I was on the treadmill today for 30 minutes, and I stretched for a while.
It has been a productive day so far. now if i can just make through work with out eating everything in site I will be making real progress..

No, no not from sparkepeople, from work sill gooses! I have worked so much in the last two weeks that I am burned out so today I took the day off from work! I slept in until 11 am for the first time in like a year. It was awesome. I figure with the day off I might hang out on the treadmill a little more and get some much needed things done on the to do list!
My plan today is to stay around 1200 calories, burn over 300 calories and drink all of my water! If I get that done I am rewarding myself with a hot bath and sitting down to catch up on my soaps tonight.. Life is good!

The holdiays are the hardest time of the year. not only do I have Christmas and thanksgiving, but my birthday also falls around this time of the year, so it is usually a two month period of overeating and drinking ,,,
well not this year folks. I am determined to lose wieght during this critical time. And If i can overcome this time of the year it will prove that I can really make a change for the healthy lifestyle I really want to achieve!

Have you ever had puff corn? The best stuff on the planet! I got some for my 2 year old yesterday, and proceeded to help her eat it, and more than my fair share.
Today will be a better day however, as the puffs may be staring at me all day, but I am going to tell them to kiss it!
Moving on, I went to a new gym yesterday, and I loved it. So i have a new problem, gym or home? I feel like if I am tat the gym, I am wasting all the stuff I have at the house. And sometimes when I at home I feel like I am wasting the opportunity to be using the good stuff at the gym. If I try using both during the week that would still be a waste of money for not using the gym to its full potential. What to do ,,,
