I have been back working hard for 2 weeks now and I think I'm finally starting to lose weight again it's a small amount but I can feel it. I really want to get to my end goal this time and stay there.

I know I have came back plenty of times and I keep losing the same weight over and over again. I really want to lose it and keep it off. I posted my goals for this year. But This morning I just didn't jump on the wagon like I wanted so I will start fresh in the morning. I have eaten bad all day and I really don't even want to post what I have eaten it was sooo bad just thinking about it makes me sick. Anyone want to keep me motivated just message me.

    Kristy, welcome back! I agree with what Cathy Jo said.To paraphrase fellow Sparker Indy Girl said, "If you got a speeding ticket, would you spend the rest of the day breaking every traffic law you could think of?" Getting rid of the all or nothing mentality will be a big help to you. You can do this!

    Kristy, I totally understand where you're coming from! I'm back on the wagon as I've joined SparkPeople again but this time with a clean slate! I'm not proud of what I've eaten today either but ya know what, I know I didn't eat good and that's enough to make be do better tomorrow. I did make a list of goals for me to succeed in doing this week. I've accomplished 3 out of the 6 goals I've set so far. I've actually started a Team called, "Maine, The Way Life Should Be" in hopes it will help to keep me accountable for my actions. No one has joined yet, of course, but I only started it today. I'd like to make so who ever joins the group, we could find one day in the summer every year and get together in the most central spot in Maine and met like reunion. Let me know what you think. Would love meet new people on here and also hear what your story's all about :) Take are and keep on looking a looking back unless it's to the old you so it fires you up to become the new you!

  Nothing Taste as good as thin feels. I lost 45 lbs on WW and kept it off for 5 years. We had a great leader. She always said if you dropped one egg would you throw the whole dozen on the floor. Find out what is making you eatso much. I know that is easier said than done. Good luck Cathy Jo

I really have been sticking to my diet and exercising alot and I can't even seem to lose an inch or lb. What am I doing wrong anyone have any ideas??? I do three days a week strength, 5 or 6 of cardio and I always Take sunday of because that is my family day but I still eat the same as the rest of the week and I still can't seem to get anywhere.

It sounds to me like you're doing everything right. I do think Veddie is right about mixing up your calorie range. Hopefully you will lose soon!

    I weigh myself once a week and measure and it has been 2 weeks since I lost anything and I always drink my water thats all I drink. Thanks for the support.

    I wish I had some words of advice. But I am in the same boat as you are. I have people tell me that I look like I am losing weight and my clothes are looser, but the scale is not moving and the inches aren't going anywhere. This week I have tried changing things up a little bit. One day I will eat at the low end of my calorie range, the next at the high end, one day in the middle. I have read that if you do the same thing all the time and eat the same foods all the time, your body gets used to it. So that has been my plan for this week-- change things up. I have done a different workout every day, too.

    Sometimes it doesn't come off right away and if you weigh yourself in a couple of days you will have lost it. Are you drinking water? Otherwise I haven't a clue - it is really annoying when you work hard and have nothing to show for it. Do your clothes feel looser? Sorry but can't help but I wish you luck and loss.

I lost 2 lbs finally. I lost 1.5 inches on my waist and 1 inch in my hips and .5 inches in my neck. Woo hoo finally I'm losing again.

I have gained weight I'm back to 120 I was down to 113 so I need to get back up to speed and work on my body! I'm counting on my teams to keep me moving!!! Thank you to all that helped me with the weight loss before.
