Yesterday morning before my doctors appointment I decided to do level 3 of the 30 Day Shred since it had been well over a year since I had done it, and I forgot how hard it was! Ouch, I'm ridiculously sore today! Quads, shoulders, core, upper back...hurts so gooooood. After my doctors appointment yesterday, I went up to campus and ran the indoor track, 2 miles in 20 minutes, then walked/jogged another mile in 13 minutes. This afternoon my cousin and I are going up to campus to run more. I'll have to take it easy though.
Tomorrow I'm driving to Albany to see my best friend, go shopping, and buy my Hanson ticket (less than a month away!!! AHHHHH!) so I probably won't get to work out tomorrow.
School starts in 6 days, which is probably a good thing since I'm getting kind of bored. But I'm trying to take advantage of my free time until then. This is my last lazy break since I'm graduating in May. Wah wah wah. That's the best thing about college - long breaks. But anyway, gonna hang out until I go for a run.
