Surgery was 8 weeks ago. Seems like so much longer, but I will say I was SO excited to start working out again. It felt AMAZING!
My first workout plans were walks and small workouts. then I started beachbody 10 minute workouts. I loveeee them! So when I started my 12 hour shifts again this week in the NICU, I wasn't sure what I would do.
Well Monday, after my first shift, I did do a workout. Today, I decided for an early bedtime. My body was telling me it was time for sleep. I am glad I listened!
