healthy snacks to curve cravings

I had a close friend ask about healthy snacks. But Not only that, ones that curve cravings. We have all been there when we want another piece of cake or need some More chips (hellloooo pringles haha) but today I wrote about simple easy snacks to have on hand so it dosent come to the end of a bag a chips, and you wonder how you got there.!

    salty is my trigger: chips, pizza, savory goodness...mashed potatoes!! french fries...all those over sweet any day. terrible I know. LOLOL

    Last night I baked a half recipe of oatmeal raisin cookies. Then after eating three, I gave them to my wife and said take care of them. Only give some to me if you want to. She was good with that. Glenn

I DO use many of those. The apples with cheese plus nuts.

GO TO is those small Dove dark chocolates.

Dealing with stress, weekly goals

The past two weeks, my eats have been all over the place, I have been going to bed WAY too late (darn good books) and not getting more workouts in.
All of these things, not only effect my weight lose, but also my mood. Lets just say, Ive been a crabby person :(

    Great job. I like all that you accomplished. I hope you are able to help others keep motivated and achieve their goals.

I don't have a weight loss story, I've been the same weight since high school but started down a healthy path due to a slightly increased waist size which I got rid of through healthy eating and exercise.

I have also done Insanity and prefer working out at home. Actually prefer getting outdoors.
