The past two weeks, my eats have been all over the place, I have been going to bed WAY too late (darn good books) and not getting more workouts in.
All of these things, not only effect my weight lose, but also my mood. Lets just say, Ive been a crabby person :(
So this week it is all about getting the goals back in order!!!
