REVIEW: INSANITY with Shaun T
“Insanity” is designed to transform you into a physical specimen so ripped you are destined to be america's next supermodel!
So, what is Insanity all about? It’s 60 Days of your worst physical nightmare.
Insanity calls itself “Max Interval Training”. That’s probably code for saying it was developed using illegal human testing in Quantanamo Bay. It is CARDIO to the max. The cardio is combined with plyometrics, pushups and squats. There is no standing around time. No playful chatter. It seems Shaun T hates all of humanity and wants us to die drowning in our own sweat. This workout series is his evil means of accomplishing that task.
So was it worth it? Hell yes. But be warned…if you’re just starting to get in shape then proceed with caution. However, if you’re in reasonable shape and wanting to prepare for a marathon, climbing Mount Everest, or to outrun a bear, then this is it. It is addictive suffering and once you start seeing the results there is no going back. I wished for death afterwards. Its really draining but it makes you feel so good if you can make it through the whole thing without stopping halfway.
Drumroll…the results! I am very, very happy with the results.....my AB definition is seeing impressive results, down a pants size and more toned than in the beginning. I will NOT be doing this program again but glad I did it and FINISHED!
On to the next challenge!

Just when you think you've tried everything...
There's this.... Okay, maybe not this gadget but there's always a new pill, program or diet strategy.
What are you really buying... (see below)
That's really it. Right. It's simply H-O-P-E.
Hope for a better future, hope for a brighter day. Hope for more love, joy and happiness.
Sure, six packs abs would be nice but come on... what do we really want but to feel like
we matter, like we have a chance, like we're gonna win one.
Good Golly I love HOPE and the human spirit.
The damned thing is that this HOPE is also a weakness--or an opening for others who'll
use your hope to fulfill theirs.
They HOPE you buy the HOPE they are selling.
And you know, some times we all do. And when we do, we may get a good surge of hopeful
energy only to find ourselves without hope...
Hope Isn't Out There...
May I take this moment to remind you of what you already know... deep down... Hope
and all the potential that exists to achieve all that you can dream isn't out there.... It's IN HERE. It's inside you. It's your spirit, your heart, your passion... it just needs a spark
to light it some times...
And let's face it, that spark comes from seeing the light in others, in connection, in stories of
others who are living thier purpose.
When you need a lift, when you need a spark, skip the pills, forget the new diet book and
reach out and lend a hand.
Nothing picks up our own spirit like sharing your Strength, light and love with another.
And if they need some hope, or help in getting thier Mojo back... tell them what you
know is true:
"Work the basics. Get back to the fundamentals."

- Eat clean, healthy food
- Train with intention and intensity
- Journal your positive thoughts
