So, can you have a Snickers bar for dinner and still stay on plan? Maybe it's not ideal, but YES, you can! And YES, it was delicious!
My Fridays are always a bit 'testy' due to a different work schedule and I'm determined to make it through no matter what it takes.
My marcos are fine: Carb 170, Fat 40, Protein 62 (Ratio: Carb 52%, Fat 28%, Protein 20%). Normally I'm aiming for 50/25/25, but this is good enough.
Exercise: NONE today (Friday is a rest day for me)
