My 50-Day-Challenge: Day 26

Okay, this is now the first day of the second half of my challenge = day 26.
And it went very well. I was practically coasting today and ended on the low end of my calorie range.

My 50-Day-Challenge: Day 25

This marks the halfway point of this challenge.
Somehow this week proofs to be quite a bit tougher than the previous weeks.

Today I went over my limit by about 80 calories which is not all that drastic.
I'll be going full steam into the second half of my challenge.

    Any personal challenge is personally challenging. LOL This means that the hidden thoughts/feelings that are producing the undesired results come to the surface and start playing out. I would suggest you start writing and see what is going on past the activity of going about your day.

My 50-Day-Challenge: Day 24

So I ended up with 1800 calories for yesterday. Could have been worse.

My back is feeling a bit better today, but I'm resting it. However, I did do my cardio today.

I'm back within my calorie range today, but my day was a bit carb heavy.
My last meal was at 15:00 today, then I went to the dentist. I came home with half of my face numb, but that was fine considering the pain once the anesthesia wore off. Finally gave in and took a pain pill. Eating is the last thing on my mind right now...

So, back on track.

    Glad to hear your back is a bit better, and that your giving it some rest. Sorry to hear that your having a lot of pain after the dentist appt.- hope you have a better day tomorrow. You didn't do so bad with 1800 calories for yesterday, and today is much lower I'm sure. I always have a tough time with that numbing wearing off too--I don't like to eat or drink much as most of the liquid ends up on me( ha, but true) SO WAIT IT OUT.

My 50-Day-Challenge: Day 23

Just came home from the gym with a sore back. Not terribly sore but sore nevertheless. The reason: I got over-eager doing abs tonight and probably did some moves I shouldn't have; or so my back tells me. I'll be taking it easy on my back for the rest of the week.

Food today was shaky. I am still within my calorie range but I feel like I MUST eat right now. I wonder where this is coming from all of a sudden. I was perfectly happy not having any cravings for the past two weeks or so. Actually, I'm blaming this on the stupid Coke Zero I had today. I knew it all along that these things are trouble!
MUST EAT! MUST EAT! (Don't even know what though.)

Oh heck, I'll just go ahead and take my shower. That should get my mind off food for a little while.
I'll let you know tomorrow how this turned out...

    Please be careful exercising. Don't want to mess up a good thing.

I'm proud of your for not giving into the temptation to eat. Have a salad with
a little dressing. If something good for you does not satisfy then it's
a binge that you feel. Don't give into it.

    You take care of your back, slow down a few days at least from doing more injury to it. Nice job taking a shouwer to take your mind off of eating, hope it worked.

    Bleh! That was the same thing that got me! I decided to increase resistance on the abs and increase my range of motion while performing the exercise ... and here I sit on the sidelines because of it. Listen to your back.

Don't know if this will work for you, but for some reason those 100 calorie popcorn packs nailed my late night munchies almost every time. I had a box of that in the house at all times just for that reason. Your mileage may vary.
