On Fridays my work schedule is different than Monday through Thursday, which means my regular routine won't work. It's always somewhat of a challenge.
So really I have 3 phases during my week which need to be handled.
Monday thru Thursday: regular routine and generally my easiest days to stick to both my eating and my exercise plan.
Friday: long day at work and stress-munchies do become a problem during the afternoon/early evening hours. Plus, exercise mostly goes out of the window on Friday.
Saturday/Sunday: yet another story. Often I don't plan my food beforehand as I should and then end up munching and go overboard. Plus, I do get lazy on the weekend and it's difficult to muster enough motivation to exercise.
So, today is Friday, how did I do?
I did stay within my calorie range. Made sure I packed a snack to eat in the afternoon to combat the lure of the vending machine. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy. That vending machine kept calling my name. But, I did not listen.

Anyway, I did not do my 30 minutes of cardio today, however, I will still meet my weekly goal of 300 minutes this week.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the way I handled my day.
I'll be going out of town this weekend, so I have to spend a couple of extra minutes to figure out my food. Will let you know how it goes.
