Observations: Another day of waking up hungry, so again I allowed a greater amount of calories for my breakfast. I eat breakfast at work at my desk and today breakfast stretched out throughout the morning. It was great; I felt I was eating constantly and by the time I finished it was lunch time.
Just because I have a food plan doesn't mean that I need to be tied down to exact mealtimes. Flexibility is a great thing.
Tonight I mourned my last bite. The mind is a powerful thing (thinking definitely gets in the way sometimes ;-)).
I decided that it would be safest to get myself out of the house, so I did. Went to the gym for a power tae class.
