Yesterday, on July 4, I finished my 50-Day-Challenge with a net loss of 5 lbs. Throughout those 50 days I averaged 1375 calories a day. I noticed however, that during the first half of the challenge I had a lower calorie average (1300) than during the second half (1450).
Also, during the first 25 days I had 4 days off plan (that's 16 %), and during the second 25 days I had 5 (That's 20%). Those percentages are quite high. But not just that. The off-plan-days during the first half had overall lower calorie intakes than the off-plan-days during the second half.
I clearly started much stronger than I finished.
Going forward, more diligence is needed.
