Literally every blog I read today had some kind of review of the month past. Accomplishments, failures, and everything in between. After sorting out the good, the bad and the ugly, new goals were laid out, commitments renewed, new resolutions were made. Almost made me feel like it was New Year's Day :-)
So many people are working hard at accomplishing their goals and achieving their dreams of being leaner, stronger, fitter, healthier.
NO EXCUSES! It can be done. The "secret" is... hard work.
My day 47 went well. That ice cream cone was tempting for a while tonight, but I didn't have enough calories left, so I didn't. Wow, me, impulse control? That is awesome!
So here is a for food.
And here is another for exercise. Did 60 minutes tonight.
In June I logged a total of 1320 activity minutes.
