It always amazes me how quickly time flies once you get out of work. And I even left early today.
Another good food day, yay.
I hit 71 g of protein today, which was good. Still I want to aim to go a bit higher. Will add cottage cheese to my future selection.
60 minutes. I have not missed any scheduled exercise since I started this little challenge and have consistently logged 300 fitness minutes every week.
During my exercise session tonight I was thinking how much easier it is to just do the exercise compared to just do the food. Yet, counting those food calories is what will get us to goal. Exercise is merely the helper. It helps me feel better, it helps me keep my appetite/cravings in check, it helps me get toned and firmed up, and it helps release stress. Also I like the social aspect of group sessions. Always somebody around to chat with for a couple of minutes.
