Well l've gone of the beaten track once again, Why do l do this to myself. Why can't l just stick to something and keep going.
l was seeing a Naturopath and things were going really good for me, loss of work stop everything. l just can't seem to Motivate myself, couldn't afford to keep going to a class or a gym. l know l don't need those things to exercise, but l'm usaually exercising on my own, as all my friend do class and attend gyms.
Every little set back it"s harder again to lose the weight that you put back on.
Today the day l'm going to try and start over.....
lf there is anyone out there who would like to be my mentor Please Help me.

Sunday 25th July is the annual King of the Mountain race in Pomona, on the Sunshine Coast.
This event is on every year, men and women race up this mountain and down again. Last year l was a little bit fitter and ran up that mountain after being pushed by a dear friend of mine, my time was 58mins and 1 sec. This year l'm just doing the 3k fun run, which kicks of at 9am. A start of getting back to my exercising, running with another friend of mine and l'll be pushing her all the way. Big part of this is to start and get back, not about being first or last.

lt has been close to 2 months since l was last on SP......things have been happening in my life that have been stressful and upsetting.
ln my last blog, l did go to the doctor and got all my bloods done and results back, everything was good nothing has changed. Also my idione level are normal...Finally. l stop taking a idione liquid and started flitting my water......as to my results it normal. lt's really amazing what chlorine water does to your Thyroid.
ln the pass couple of months l've done no exercising what so ever, l'm not proud of myself at all. My weight hasn't changed at all, and my clothes are feeling snug.
Friend of mine Jen is a personal trainer, she has just started up a 12 week course......Body for Life Group Coaching Program. Twelve women have sign up for this program, all lovely women. There is going to be alot of learning in the next few weeks. Jen also has a Nutrition on board which is awesome.
Last night we had an Orientation night and received our book packs and a journal. Next week is all about Nutrition..........l'm hoping this is going to help me lose some weight and more weight and feel good about myself again.
The biggest thing is to get the foods right and have protein in every meal and less carbs......sometimes is really hard to do.
Found this recipe l would like to share:
High Protein Pancakes
1/4 cup Low fat Ricotta or Low fat Cottage Cheese(i used cottage cheese)
1/2 cup egg whites (around 3 large eggs)
1 scoop (24g) Protein Powder (l used chocolate)
Mix all together, spray pan lightly, cook until lightly browned.
Severe with Cinnoman to taste.
Yum Yum !!!!!!!! Great to put on the snack list.

Tuesday June 1st 2010...... Today is the start of something new, some go by a new week and always start on a Monday....mine is a new month one step at a time to loose the weight l wont to achieve.
Over the past month things havn't been so great. Fitness wise...is good making sure l'm doing something everyday. Food is okay but can be improved. Less carbs and more protein. Today's eating has made an improvement, making sure l'm eating a healthy snack with protein.
Fitness....today l went to Maroochy River, did some 30sec jog / 30sec walk for 30 mins. Then l did some strength workout in the park.
l felt really good after doing it. Wednesday l paid for it, my arm was so sore aswell as my foot. Not going to let it get to me, Just going to deal with it.
Wednesday June 2nd 2010......To is my doctors appointment to get my test results back. Seen my doctor he said everything was going fine, all my levels were good.
My vitamin levels A, E, B12, Folate, D, Tsh, T4 and T3. Still waiting on my lodine test to come back.
He also put me back on Duromine 15mg, 1 aday. lt's to help me get some weight off, makes you feel fuller and watch what you eat. He also seems to think if l get some weight off it will help with my foot. Just have to wait and see if he is right.
For the pain in my arm, l have started to take Mega Magnesium and Pain & lnflammation by FUSION HEALTH.
Today's eating has been good, still need to eat alittle more protein.
Fitness..... even thou my foot was sore, l still did my 4.46k walk...this time 30sec fast walk / 30sec slow walk for 30mins. Tonight l'm off to Zumba for an hour.
Alday l was aching all over, but it was a good ache for exercising and using those muscle we forget about.
Thursday June 3rd 2010.....Good High Protein brekky to start of the day. Feeling good today, today is a new change. Everything good with my Thyroid levels, started my first lot of DUROMINE, went for a short walk to meet a friend for lunch, was only 2.19k from home.
Boxing class tonight for an hour, sign up with my friend to do classes with her as she is a personal trainer. Also gave Jen a copy of "When your Family Member or Friend has Thyroid Disease" by Mary Shomon Great reading and it helps her to understand what l'm going through.
l also notice in my diet l'm not having enough Fibre...so l started to have Metamucil once aday.

Today was my doctors appointment, got my regular bloods done as well as my iodine levels checked....now it's just a waiting game until l get my results back. Also get my vitamin b's,iron,zinc and gluten intolerances, and a few others, as they took about 10 little tubes from me. Keep you all posted on my results.
The pain in my arm is related to the thyroid, aswell as the bursa in my foot. So here come the magnesium, and fish oil, also picked up some kelp.
Also see in the chemist today.....pain and inflammation...for muscle pain and will help with the bursa, l guess my arm aswell. Asked the doc about pain relief, he said no... he couldn't give me anything.
