Okay I wanted to let you guys know that I will be starting a week late on my challenges. I had to work overnight New Year's Eve so that plus getting a bad cold has thrown off my sleeping schedule, etc. I hope to get back on track soon!
Also, I am trying to find a good runner's diet. Anyone have any ideas?
On the same note, I signed up for Bloomsday 2012 and I am highly highly considering the Windermere half marathon two weeks later. (I figure it'd help my employer to help kids. I work at McDonalds and proceeds for the race goes to the Ronald McDonald House) Besides I hear it has a cool after party with music. Sounds like a lot of fun! Do you guys think that would be a good idea? I think I was well rested a week after Bloomsday last year and that's a 12k.
I am also training more vigerously this time and getting into a routine. (Also, since I'm allergic to MSG and Caffeine...and sugar for that matter, I won't have too much trouble getting into tip top shape!)
Besides that I am kind of failing in my 100 day challenge soooo I plan to start that officially next Tuesday... I hope you all have a wonderful week, had a wonderful holiday!
