So, my goals have changed quite a bit for this month. When I first started this journey over, I wanted to do weight lifting, eat paleo, and be more hardcore about my weight loss. Well...with the state my body has been in, I HAVE to tweak my journey quite a bit. I am having really bad problems with PCOS and Endometriosis. So...to make a long story short...I am becoming a Pescatarian (pretty much vegetarian way of eating...but including seafood...since I do need protein), I will be treating my body in a much gentler way so I'm going to stick with yoga and walking with light jogging...and I'm taking herbal supplements to help out with anxiety and inflammation.
I'm hoping by making these changes, my journey will be able to continue without chronic pain.
