Be yourself. There is no one better.
Sometimes on this road to self discovery, we are so focused on trying to become what every "normal" person is and we forget what makes each of us unique. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. We all have those little things that make us ......well....us!
The trick is finding a way to keep our uniqueness and incorporating it into our new healthy bodies.
So how do we do that?
Start a list today and write down the wonderful things about you. I don't care about the things other people tell you that are good about you......what are you proud of? You know...deep inside....you know what I'm talking about.
Make that list.....and look at it for the next 7 days. It's time for a change. It's time to make a difference. Let's use our strengths and build on it.
