Good evening all, I hope you had a great day and evening.
I sure did.
I woke up at 8am got in a good solid 8 hours of sleep and felt so refreshed and happy. I am still feeling great about myself and getting the order done.
My Day was a lazy one for it was my rest day so I did little. I had a great breakfast of french toast with no butter or syrup, just plain and a coffee and orange.
Lunch was cottage cheese and snap peas with carrots and cucumber salad, no dressing.
Snack was my Mocha Special K bar,90 cal and a coffee.
For dinner well my BF and I are going out so I got in the shower and washed my hair, put on a silky floral top and black skinny pants with black high heels. Hair dried and curls in lose curls and hanging down, Make up on to perfection and a spray of perfume, not the floral kind but a nice light scent.
When Leigh arrived and I opened the door to let him in, he was so surprised to see me all dressed up cause I told him I was in jeans and a light sweater. Loved the look on his face so precious and he told me I looked and smelled great. I felt great in fact I felt sexy.
Dinner was Pizza at a nice Italian restaurant close by my place and we walked there and it only took us about 10 minutes to get there. A nice romantic slow walk, remember I am wearing heels and I don't normally wear them.
At the restaurant we shared a pizza and I had a glass of wine. When the waitress handed me the wine she told me she like my outfit, the people at the next table agreed. Boy did that make me feel even better.
So we ate the pizza and I only had three small pieces cause that was my calorie limit, no dessert. It was so good to have it and not feel like I wanted more or that I was missing more. I was totally satisfied in my meal.
How awesome is that. Now I am home a drinking water, I want to have a snack but I know I have had enough so the water is fine and I will chew a piece of gum if the cravings gets bad.
My BF did see the Ortsbo order all snuggled in the boxes and was totally impressed with the work and how similar each one looked. First time in a long time that he was proud of my knitting. I know it is because I am making money on it and that I am more creative in knitting and designing. He is now just realizing how good I am and that I can make an earning with my business. So he is coming around to my side.
Well I am proud and no one will take that away from me.
Oh before I sign off for the night I forgot to post my weigh in on Friday.
I am up slightly up 0.5 lb. I am now at 128 not bad. I thought that I was close to 130 again, Thank goodness I am not. So again I am only 3 to 4 lbs away from my maintaining my goal weight again.
I am doing really good though since I made my goal weight in November of 2009 and I am only gaining 3 or 4 pounds and then lose it again. I am on that yo-yo but I am OK with that.
My BF thinks my weight should be at 125/126 and not 124 since I am gaining muscle and losing fat. I told him I will think about it and just see how my body does with the new exercises and food plan.
My body will tell me what is the right weight is.
Just to remind you all I am 5' 8.5" inches tall and thin bones. I like to say 5'9"
My measurements were up slightly but only in my thighs due to so much sitting down and my waist in up a half inch. So not to much of a change there.
I will weigh myself again this Friday to see how I am doing.

Woke up early this morning, the sunlight was shining on my face this morning at 7:30 am. Since I couldn't find my mask to get some more sleep i decided to get up and put on my workout cloths and hit the stepper for some step up and leg raise, calf raises and a ten minute step routine. It was great and I was huffing and puffing when I was doene. Boy do I need to work on my cardio again. I thought I was in shape but not anymore.
I thought with all the walking and stepping that I was doing last month and now while working on my knitting contract I wouldn't lose any strenght or stamia. I was wrong, oh so wrong.
So today I upped the ante I did a 60 minute bike ride while watching America's next top Model that I had taped. I then did a ten minute stretching routine from one of sparks videos.
I also went back to measuring out my Raisen Brand Cereal and milk, My portion control was out of wack. Oh and I had a coffee too.
Sparked from a bit and then folded some more launddry in my bedroom. Spent another 15 minutes putting stuff away. Bedroom is looking so much better but it still needs a lot of work in the organization.
Then it was time for lunch:
A turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber sandwhich on 60% whole grain bread and a orange juice. So good. It was the first time I had this kind of turkey bacon and it was so yummy and only 25 calories per slice, I had two. Not bad for calorie count.
After noon snack was a coffee and a 100 calorie snack bar.
I went for another walk this time outside for an hour, it was so nice out, the sun was warm and soothing on me and it was so nice to be wearing a light jacket.
Came back home and sparked for a bit, then took a shower while dinner was in the oven. Homemade chicken strips and a tossed green salad.
Spent the rest of the evening on the couch watching all my taped shows until I realized that is was late and i had better get the dishes done and finish with my sparking on my teams and do my blog.
I just realized that I didn't work on my knitting contract at all today. I totally forgot all about it. Yikes!
Well nothing I can do about it now. So I will work on it tomorrow and get it finished I only have 8 pairs of glasses to sew on the last 8 dolls. So it won't take me that long to attached the frames to the heads.
Well tomorrow is my weigh in day and I am not sure if I want to weigh myself or leave it for another week I want too but you all know me I will weigh in and see just how much weight I had gained back this week.
So that will be my new starting point. I will do my measurements as well. Best get it all done right, no more hiding and pretending. No more lying to myself
I will post my results for you all to see.
Well that is all that I have to say. I am tired and I am going to go to bed.

Yesterdays blog was deleted due to sparks doing maintenance. So here is a recap, short and to the point.
Slept great, woke up to rain, spark until John woke up to do the recycling, did that and only made $60.00, They couldn't take back some of the bottles that we had because they were American and they don't take them. So will have to find a place that will take these American water bottles. Came home, change, shopping, lunch at Tim Horton to hand in our free coffee and donuts from Roll up the Rim to win.
Came home put shopping stuff away and went to Safeway for groceries, came out saving over 200.00. Now cupboards and fridge is full to the brim.
Watch TV and went to bed without finishing sparking and getting all my points. I left it too late and that is OK.
NOW FOR TODAY'S BLOG:
Wow, woke up to a gorgeous day today, sunny and warm about 58 degrees outside. Went to mom's cleaned up her kitchen and living room for her. What a mess, She is not doing anything now but watching her soaps and complaining being stuck inside allday. Well she can go outside, she has a very nice balcony and she can sit out and get some air but she won't.
I even had to clean her porta potty. Gross. Next time I will cover it so I don't have to smell it or see it. I almost got sick.
Got her answering machine working again and deletes all her messages that she was keeping for now reason at all. Now she has room for people to leave messages for her. I have her DIR all set up now with all the phone numbers that she needs.
Then John and I went to Walmart and picked up some stuff that we forgot about yesterday. Allergy pills, tylenol, hair dye and swiffer mop and other stuff.
Then came home and got in a two hour walk while finishing the decluttering of my bedroom. I got rid of 5 years of paper work and other stuff that I was keeping for no reason.
Now I have lots more room in my bedroom where I can do my exercising there instead of in the living room when John is watching TV. Now all I need to do is sweep the floor and wash it, Then put up some clean curtains.
I love it now that the room looks so open and roomy.
After that I did my QFC and more walking while catching up on all my sparking. I must say that I have finished with everything and have caught up with everyone although on some I didn't leave any messages.
I did read your blogs, honest I did.
Now I am going back to the couch in a few minutes to finish watching BL that I have tape and get in one more hour of knitting up the alligators that I had started before the Ortsbo order.
I am still waiting for the glasses to dry. Should be dry by tomorrow and then I can attach the glasses to O'bert. Pack them up and send them off bt Fe ex to there new destination. Ortsbo"s Headquarters.
So at the end of the day I have done 23,590 steps, 100 leg raises, 100 stairs, 100 calf raises, 100 side bends.
I think I am going to sleep well tonight.
