Imagine the guilt that would be put upon me if I missed my niece's birthday party tomorrow night because my Jazzercise class is at the same time and the two are too far apart distance wise to do both...UGH! ![]()

I second what NENATO2 says. Family is important. Maybe, depending on your nieces age you could "use" her for your workout. Start a family game of tag in the yard or Red Light, Green Light.

I don't mind going to my husband's family gatherings, but hate the drama of mine (so I don't go to mine). But in your case, I'd work out at home before work. Sounds like you would really like to go, but you are totally committed to your workouts (which I think is great!). Report Inappropriate Comment |


It works...I've done it before so I know. I just need to make it a routine again. Packing my lunch the night before work is a sure fire way to know what I'm going to eat the next day...no last minute running out for fast food or wasting money on eating out.
I still don't lay my clothes out the night before, but I've heard that works for making a smoother morning. I see my daughter doing it and I know it works for her.
What do you do to prepare for the next day?

You all are so prepared! Hopefully soon that will be something I will do too. I think it would be a great way for you or anyone to be ready for the next day by packing the night before. There sure aren't any good options around here to eat on the go.

Packing my lunch, laying out my clothes, packing my vitamins and writing down my plan for day helps me stay on track and makes the mornings go much smoother.

Knowing what exercise I will do when I wake up. Laying out my exercise clothes. Packing my lunches before work to keep me on track! THis helps me!
