Today is day 3 of being 100%. When I say that, what I mean is that I am eating the best possible foods in reasonable portions, I'm getting great exercise, drinking my water, I'm avoiding wine until the weekend, and I'm getting about 7 hours sleep each night (this is good for me). It's only been 2 complete days, but I do feel better.

P.S. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO OFFERED ADVICE ON JOGGING YESTERDAY. THIS INFORMATION WAS INVALUABLE! I WOULD HAVE HAD TO READ NUMEROUS BOOKS TO GET ALL THAT INFORMATION. YOU GUYS/GALS ARE GREAT!!
