It just works for me personally. Before it goes into my mouth, it gets written down or logged on my tracker. Makes me accountable. I write down my exercise and my water intake too. Whatever works, right?

but it was a great food day and a good workout tonight at Jazzercise. When we did a song and kickboxed, I had two women in mind and kicked extra hard. LOL

Things didn't go as planned today

From the moment I walked into work today, I had staff drama. One gave me her notice. She wants to start her own business. One was complaining about another one and one blatantly skipped the staff meeting that is held every Tuesday at 10. When I asked her why she didn't come, she said it wasn't on her calendar. Hmmm...found out later that she was avoiding being in the same room with the other person. So childish.

Then I went to donate platelets this afternoon and the tech couldn't position the needle correctly. After a half hour of trying (and pain) she called it quits. I was ready to call it quits too.

Nice dinner tonight with the family, and now it's bedtime. Night all.

Yes, staff drama is awful, but it's their stuff until they don't do their jobs. The thing about blood donations is that I always ask for the most experienced phlebotomist and tell them I have rolling veins. Just means they have to work harder and do it right.
