My stress level is higher right now than it's been in a long while and I just can't see the light. I'm trying so hard to remain positive and be grateful for all the wonderful things in my life, but I'm just so beaten down. It;s 9:20 pm. My day started at 5:15 am and I have about 2 hours of work ahead of me before my head hits the pillow. My eating has been awful the past few days, too, and that is def stress related. I didn't skip my workout tonight, but it was tempting. Ugh...give me strength!!
