For the 5% challenge we are to be blogging about healthy habits. My first was to increase exercise . . . So far, so good! Second, work on my spiritual relationship . . . quiet time was good today and I carried some thoughts with me through the day AND there were a lot of whiper prayers today! Today, I think it is time to try to catch some more ZZZZZ"s as my healthy habit. I am firm on my waking up time, 4:00 a.m. daily. I am not willing to budge there. By getting up at this time, I have a full 2 hours before anyone else wakes up. During that time I enjoy my quiet time and coffee . . . and then I work out. I can go to bed earlier at night. Hubby is in and out though the week, so I can set my own schedule. So, this week, I will aim for 6 hours of sleep a night . . . If I can get more . . . YAY!!! With that determined . . . I'd better finish sparking and get moving!!
