This week I added some extra cardio and strength training to my schedule. I purchased a couple of workout DVD's to mix in a bit. I finished the 30 day shred December 30th, and began the BL final challenge on January 1st. I also began the Jumpstart January workouts on the 1st. So, this week, I have added "walking with Leslie" and "BL Max Calorie Burn". I AM feeling the workouts!!! I'm using some muscles that I haven't be using quite as much, especially my triceps! It's a good feeling though, and boy does the bed feel good at night!!! Now if I can just get my eating back under control!!!
