Ahhh . . . It has been a busy day. I began with quite time and workout. After a shower, it was on to fixing breakfast and packing lunches. It was on to Bible Study Fellowship after the school drop off. We are studying the book of Isaiah this year. I am learning so much! After class today we had fellowship. It is a great time to get together and share what God is teaching us from the lessons and how we can apply it to our lives. It is amazing how God shows us the parallels from our lives and the Bible. Once home, there was dinner to fix, children to pick up and drop off, and of course . . . Catch up on my Sparks!!! I'm off to read my Bible study notes and do my homework, then it will be bed preparations and two days left in the week!!!! WooHoo!! Tomorrow is a run today! Yay!!

I am up and moving today. I've had my first cup of java, spent some time in the Word and now I'm checking my Sparks. In about 30 minutes, I'll go for a run, then ride the bike and get in some strength training. After I drop my son off at school, I'm off grocery shopping. I'm excited today to see how I do in the savings category. I attended a Super Couponing class last week and I'm eager to put into practice all that learned. Look out stores, here I come, laden with coupons and looking for deals!

Monday's are always busy for me. I clean house and do laundry to catch up after the weekend. I had a pretty decent workout this morning, 30 day shred and 10 miles on the bike. I did a bit of strength training too. My son decided to clean and rearrange his room . . . with mom's help. I was to help out, although, it meant extra laundry and cleaning! Tonight, I did my super couponing and prepared my list for grocery shopping tomorrow. I ate pretty good today and drank extra water . . . the challenge is going well!!!!

Yesterday was the first day of the 5% Fall challenge. It is motvating to be back on a team again. I do better when I am in a challenge. I had a good day one. Not only did I hit my goal of 120 minutes of exercise, I exceeded it by 20 minutes!!! I drank my water and ate with in my range also. I hope others on the team were as motivated as I was, It can only do our bodies good!!!
