Whats the only thing that gets me through my cardio?....MUSIC! I like really upbeat music when I workout. It helps me keep a good pace and pumps me up.

We Run the Night is probably the BEST SONG EVER to listen to when doing cardio.

Now I know music is a very subjective thing and people like what they like, so please no comments about how you think it sucks. It works for me, but might not work for you. If you can take something out of this, than YAY! awesome! =]

    oh my....I feel lost....don't recognize half of those songs! I just turn on the radio, I've probably heard them all, I just don't pay attention to titles or artists

after my first few days

So it has been a few days since i have joined SP and honestly, I really feel like I can do this. I have stayed within my calorie range each day and I'm not hungry. Instead, I'm more conscious of what i put in my body and how it can help me. I just ended my weight watchers subscription, because honestly, no i cannot eat whatever I want and still lose weight. LIE! I did lose almost 20lbs sticking to their points, but after a year of it, that wasn't enough.

So today I was at the gym and I was amazed at how people DO NOT SWEAT! wtf?! I'm drenched after every workout I do! People must look at me crazy! Lol. Just a mental note there!

Well, Ive got a whole lotta nothing planned for the rest of the day, and I'm going to take full advantage of that =]

    you've soooo got this! I didn't exercise for the first 2 months of my journey cause I hate sweating...but I just slapped myself out of it and sucked it up....wonder if I'll ever not sweat....doubtful!

    Glad to hear that you're feeling like this is really something you can do. And guess what? You really CAN do it! I'm with you on the "drenched after every workout". That's me. I leave Zumba totally sweaty and some of the other girls look like they just got their makeup done. HUH? Lol. Enjoy the rest of your day!
