Another good weigh in day.

I didn't want to weigh in today because I thought I probably gained as I haven't had anytime to do anywork outs for a while. I decided to give it a try and to my surprise I lost nearly 2 1/2 pounds! I just thank God so much for keeping me focused on eating right.

Weigh-in day

Today was a much better day than last weigh-in. Last week I had put a pound back on. This week I was down 2 pounds from then with a total of 63 pounds so far! Woo Hoo!

Packing - yuck!

I got some packing done tonight which is great. But man when you start you realize just how much stuff you have. I really have a lot of packing to do! At least the kids have started packing their own rooms - Thank God for that!

    Hey just because you have it in this house doesn't mean you need to move it to the next one. I have moved so many times that I have learned to reduce what I own. I go by the rule that if I haven't used it in a year or at least six months then I give it to Good will or someone who is in need of it. Then I don't have to pack and unpack it at my new home. Just a suggestion! It is also some great exercise but be careful of your back. Make the family carry anything heavy!

I am still in pain with my upper back but I did get out walking tonight. I took Jeremy and a couple neighbor kids and walked down to Casey Park which is about 1/2 mile from here. I then walked around the trail there 3 times (I think it is about 3/4 a mile around). I will end this one on a postive note!

    I am so proud of you! That is the way that goals are met by one small step at a time. Be sure to be gentle on your back as you start to exercise. But exercise! walking is a great way to gain strength! WAHOO! You go girl!

Not doing so well

Thursday's are my official weigh in day. I put on about a pound this last week. I think part of is not being able to move very well right now. Also, we ate out quite a bit over the excitement of finding and getting a house. HELP!!!

    you'll get back track we are here for is a new day to move again. I'm not sure of your back problems but they make those hand bikes is that an option? Look for ways to keep moving on the days you struggle its the little things that will add up. Butt clinches, leg lifts in your chair, lift a small weight for biceips/triceips I keep one in my car and lift while sitting in traffic. :-)
