Thank you all!! Update KJ is doing a lot better!! And guess what?!?! It's been raining so he hasn't been back to swim class LOL. WOW that's crazy!! I also got on the scale again today and I am down another .6 oz. I'm mad because I was down to 189 Friday, and I let the lazy greedy bug hit me and I had chinese food and brownies. so that with mother nature made that scale go up! emoticon

    I missed what happened with KJ, but I went and read the other blog (school has kept me way too busy, lol!!). I'm so glad KJ is feeling better. Strep sucks, especially in the summer time! I hope he gets to learn how to swim!

Great job on the loss! We all have our "lazy" moments. Just keep pushing forward and remember that you are human!

Interesting week last week

Hello everyone, Last week was a trip. Well Monday I had a Chiro visit that went good. Then Wed I was able to sign my son up for swimming classes but because they had already started, I needed to bring him that day. So I did. And he did a great job BUT!! My poor lil man was starting to freeze. All the other kids were fine but he was freezing. Well he ended up with a fever of 100.9. He didn't get better so I took him to the dr. My poor lil man has strep throat. emoticon
So he's home with daddy. But what sucks is he had already missed 2 days of class. It's only a 2 week class and he has missed 4 days so far and I have already pre-paid. Dang!! Oh well. He wants to swim. So I told him that hopefully he can go this week. If not, better luck next time. emoticon
Oh btw I am down 1.4 lbs!

    Great job on everything. Losing 1.4 pounds and helping defeat the disappointment on top of strep. It isn't easy so a pat on the back is required, at least.

I hope he gets past the strep real quick and gets back to swimming again.

    aww poor sweet baby! I hope he feels better.. the summer I sent my daughter to a real nice camp for 2 weeks when she was 11... don't ya know she got her period for the first time on day 2! I felt so bad for her..

It's been a long time!

Hello my SP family. Sorry I haven't blogged or anything in such awhile but things are good! I haven't lost anymore weight, but I am still doing my weight watchers and working out. I think I have over did it with my extra activity points. I should use those point for 1 snack and the rest good food. I was using them all for VERY unhealthy snack. So I haven't gained but 1-2 pounds but I still should have made better choices. But it's all good, this time it wasn't emotional eating, it was having the time of my life (part 1), eating! LOL I say part 1 because "The Best Is Yet To Come!".
I am going to try to get back on here at least twice a week. I've been logging my food on my WW online site.

Late blog--Father's Day piglet

I'm late blogging. I was such a pig father's day weekend. I will confess! Saturday morning I did good. I had a smart ones french toast breakfast. Didn't eat lunch because of a lot of running around. Then we took hubby to Perkins for dinner because he loves French silk pie. Well I was going to get a salad or soup and salad. Thank God for newer weight conscience companies. They have a link on their site to where it tells you the amount of fat, calories, etc that you will have eaten that by by what you choose from the list. Well The fish was the best choice for me. Why did I left the little horn guy tell me different? emoticon
I ended up getting a corn beef sandwich. I didn't eat it all, only half. BUT!! I ate all my fries. Then to make matters worse, I had the hot fudge brownie with the ice cream on top. I ate all the brownie but left most of the ice cream. I got full. And I don't like whip cream so I scraped that off. Oh it gets better!!
Then we went to the Waffle House for breakfast Sunday. I had Ribeye steak with eggs whites with cheese and hashbrowns and 2 cups of coffee. For lunch a hamburger plain with mustard and potato chips and for a snack a apple with peanut butter. WOW!!
But the good news is....I exercised my but off all that week. I had 30 extra activity points plus my 46 extra weekly points. No actually I had more the 30, I forgot I spent 1 1/2 hours at the park playing with my son. So I gained even more activity points because of that.
The other good news is, I did stay with-in my points and I lost .6 lbs!!! I'm sure it would have been more but I'm still happy with that! I had a great time and still lost weight!!

a beautiful way to start me weekend!!

I am sooo excited!!! ok, I have 2 pairs of jeans that I brought last year from the thrift store. I was on my weight loss journey and doing pretty good. After about 3 months, my size 18 jeans were really way to big. So I went to the thrift store and brought 2 size 16 jeans.
Well, as I stated in my blog back in April, life happened and I gained all but 2 lbs back. Well, God has been Blessing me to do good with my new life style. So last week I took a chance and tried the jeans back on. They were tight on my butt and I couldn't even get it close enough to try to button. But I was still excited because I was close!! Well, I HAVE ONE OF THE PAIRS ON TODAY!!! Now I have to admit I have a slight muffin top but I'm in them and wearing them!! Praise God!! This time it only took me 2 months and I haven't even broke a sweat. Last year it took 3 maybe a little over and I bout killed myself trying to loose that weight. LOL God is Good!! He has made this journey a life style I can live with!
