I started one of the 5K training programs. When I ran the other day I had looked at the sheet wrong, and I did 1 minute walks with 4 minute runs for 20 minutes and then walked the rest of it.
Today, I did the "right" plan. I did 1 minute walks and 3 minute runs for 32 minutes. The last run was hard and I had to push myself to finish it, but I did. I stretched afterwards.
I came home and ate a yummy lunch - hummus with bell peppers. That was amazingly good! I never knew that would be so good.
I really like the automatic menus. I see that I eat much better food when I have that telling me what to do. I don't like preparing food or deciding what to eat. I like to have healthy food, but I can't seem to figure out what to eat when it's time. These menus have been extremely helpful to me. I am thinking those might be one of the keys to help me stay on track once work starts again in August.
