It arrived today! I am so excited. Have set it up, but I am wanting to know how to sync it with SP? Can someone help me? Right now it is clipped on my bra, any ideas of better places to put it.

Well, I have been really busy at work. I am a pediatric intensive care nurse and the winter season has hit! I have worked 6 12 hour night shifts and am going back tonight to work extra! I am going home tomorrow! I will of been away for a week! I came with good intentions but have been working and sleeping! I am thinking about getting one of those fitbit as I am sure that I have been clocking up the miles at work!
I have been trying to watch what I eat but I am sure that my water intake has not been the best! Nurses are kind to others but not to themselves
Am now coming back up for air - will weigh myself tomorrow and see how this week really went :)

Well, I had my first night back at work after 8 off and the CEO had given pizza as a recognition to everyone for all their hardwork! I did pass on the pizza and settled for the mongolian grill in the cafeteria. I think it was a healthier option :)
I have been very tired tonight and had been busy so no opportunity for more exercise. So yesterday I got in my morning walk and then that was it :( Will try to do some after I sleep today before coming to night #2.
Water count was down, but did manage to get down 6
Will try better tonight when I come back, I am soooo tired right now! Waiting for the dayshift nurses to get here!
This is my day 4 of the January Jumpstart Challenge and I just got back from my morning walk, it is just 8.50am! Had to cut the walk short this morning as in 15 mins have to go get my son from school for a dental appointment - he has a wire sticking out from his braces!
Normally I have been checking the temp before heading out, but I was keen to get going this morning! Anyhow, I was freezing the whole time, even when I picked up the pace! Even tried walking in spots where the sun was shining! No! My hands were red and my lips tingling from the cold! When I got home I see that the temp has just risen to 32!!! But I had a good walk
Hoping to get in a workout video later this morning too! I also need to go to some shopping so that will be a little more walking later too!
Tonight I go back to work for 6 nightshifts, so I will need all my SP friends to keep me motivated! I will be online as able - logging food and blogging about how my days away from home are going! I am sure that I can get in some workout videos while I am at work on break, but will see how it all works out and will report back. I plan on taking my dumb bells and resistance bands with me to do in my room where I am staying! I am also taking my walking shoes.
Count was a little lower yesterday - got in 6, will try better today
Well, it is now day # 3 and I have been making ways to be more active! This morning went for my morning walk, managed to get my husband to walk with me! Made it more fun, looking at properties as we walked, I like to take different routes! Average speed 3.1mph, love the pedometer app on my phone
Entered my mileage on my fitness tracker and it tells me that so far this year I have walked 3.69999999997 miles!!!!! Haha! I am taking it as 3.7 miles :)
