This morning, I weighed myself after being away from home working for 6 nights! I am down another 2.8 pounds! YAY!
Today, took my husband for a belated birthday lunch, checked the nutritional facts first and made good choices and am still on track! I feel great, not over full!
Will go to Curves later today! My friend, Susan, told me about yoga on netflix, so last night added some to my instand play queue and today have enrolled for water aerobics at work!
