I am now home!!!! emoticon 7 nights sure was a long tiring stretch and I made it! The last 2 nights, I did not do so well with eating......not what you would imagine....I was way under in my calories! I am taking note and increasing my intake, got some snack bars now too to carry with me! I so want this to work! I do not want to sabatage myself by not eating enough! What a dilemma! I have been exercizing and that is the problem.........I am not eating enough and exercizing and as a nurse I know that this will slow down my metabolism! So that is my challenge now - to eat within my calorie range! I keep getting that message from SP about taking in enough calories for my exercize!
I have done better today, I have also been to curves (3rd time this week - they were closed on Monday) and I am planning on going tomorrow, but I will need to go early. I will also weigh myself in the morning and that will be the proof on how I did while I was away working!

Windy Wednesday!

We are having dust storms here in AZ - you might of seen it on the TV! Anyhow I was safely at work and my truck safely in the parking garage emoticon
I did not eat anywhere enough calories yesterday emoticon Not sure what happened there! When I got up from sleeping, I headed off to Curves and had a good workout though I am missing my Curves! I am visiting one here in Phoenix this week while I am working! emoticon Afterwards I felt a little sick, but then when I added up my food, I am sure that was the problem. Had my protein shake when I got to work and then felt better!
Am hoping for a good day of sleeping again, I will aim to get to Curves before coming to work! Tonight is my 7th night in a row of work! I will be glad to go home to my husband tomorrow. The munchkins got to youth camp OK and by all accounts are having a good time!

    Must admit, I would rather deal with the dust storms (although down here in southern AZ we have been getting some hard core rain mixed in) than the fires that had everyone scared not long ago. Be careful about not eating enough. Enjoy your hubby tomorrow.

Tuesday and I am still working

I have now worked 5 of my 7 nightshifts! I have been doing pretty well with the food, trying to keep up my fluids! Today I am planning on sleeping and getting up a little earlier so that I can go to Curves - will let you know how that works out!
My DD & DS have left the state and are on their way to a youth camp in CO. I am happy for them, but it makes me nervous when they are both gone together! I hand them over to God but I still worry! They have strict instructions to text me once they are there! I heard from them 1.5 hours ago and they were in NM. Our good friend is the youth pastor and I know that he will be looking out for them, but still.........
Anyhow, my shift is almost over.......

Trophies

I am still away from home working - was thrilled to receive a trophy today for 250mins of fitness in a month! That is for July and that is just 3 days! I am going to get to that 1000mins for the month, I am sure! Then when I spun the login wheel I got 20 points! When I spun the bonus wheel I got 100 sparkgoodie points!!
I have been making good choices in my nutrition and have been concentrating on raising my protein, the last 2 days I have been within my range! YAY! The bad thing is that yesterday (3rd) my calories were below my range :(

Tonight was night #3, 4 more to go! I am doing well though did not really do any exercize today, just slept emoticon Have had my pedometer on and did not do that many steps today but overall I am doing well away from home. Am trying to make good eating decisions. Am logging all my food and fitness.

    It sounds like you are making smart decisions. Love the sleep and logging. I find that if I can fit just 10 minutes of exercise into a day, I feel much better about it and it motivates me. It's amazing what a difference small things can make.
