I did day 4 of the boot camp...rolled off the ball twice...I need to work on that.
had a great day at work, followed my plan
Rode the bike in the morning and when I got home.
It really helps me unwind to exercise when I get home.
I want o eat, old habit . when I get home it use to help me unwind, now I use exercise to unwind or destress.....new life style is feeling better each day.
have a healthy Thursday and don't forget day 5...yahooo

I had a really good day at work.
We had a class on healthy eating.
We had fresh fruits with a yogurt dipping sauce and we made no pudge brownies.
They tasted great and we had so much fun.

I teach a cooking class on tuesdays to DD people.

Back to work today, it was a busy day. I got the 2nd. boot camp work out done after work...my knees are feeling it. I sure need to work on them.

I have day 3 ready for tomorrow morning. I'll also be doing my exercise bike.

I'm going to bed early as I'm tired and need some time to relax and do some stretching.

We were with out telephone service since Friday night.
I sure missed my food tracker, I had to write it down by hand...
I missed the first video for the boot camp challenge. I'll try and catch up tomorrow it's nearly *pm and time for me to get ready for bed. It's back to work tomorrow.

New Year , new plan

I have decided to add some new exercise to my regular plan.
I bought a stability ball and joined the boot camp group. It should be fun a new 10 minute workout each morning for January.....I can't wait to get started.

    Yeah! I'm going to look for my ball this week! I already have the weights, and I did the 1st video today. It was fun, I'm going to do it again tomorrow!

    YAY, Kitt! Great idea....

What am I doing new for the New Year? Hmmmm....I'm going to finish P90X in February....and I'm going to train for my first Half Marathon...AND try to keep a very positive attitude about life in general.
