I survived the corned beef and yesterday the ham. I'm up 2 pounds this morning. I know its the sodium. I'm drinking lots of water today and hope tomorrow I'll be back at my regular weight. Well hoping by wednesday to be at 200 or below.
I don't seem to have any words of wisdom today.
My only tip is to get all the Easter goodies out of the house fast. I bagged mine so I can take to the group home and let them enjoy some of my Easter.
Be good to yourself. As you know things come and go, people come and go and in the end you are all you really have. Sad but true.
So be your own best friend, learn to not only love your self but like yourself
Food solves no issues except hunger. So next time you feel depressed, lonely, excited, sad, angry, happy and all those other feelings don't turn to food, find other ways to cope. Go for a walk, take a hot bubble bath. Call your best friend, do your finger nails, have a good cry, maybe scream or yell, read a book do anything but don't turn to food. Its not your best friend. Food is fuel for your body, not your soul.
