What a day!

I decided to write a blog about eating under stress. I started a whole one listing all the things that I am stressed about and how I shovel junk during these times. I lost the blog ( it is truly that kind of day!).

New tatic! I will list my blessings

I have a wonderful family.
I have several jobs that help pay the bills.
My house is warm.
I have a dog that I love.
I am safe at home.

I am not eating at the moment as I never eat when I am on the computer emoticon

    I like this blog as it is lol!

It's so much nicer to post what you are grateful for, I always feel better when I am considering my blessing, and more stressed just by thinking about things that stress me out!

Work, Exercise, Eating Oh MY! Spark points

Well now I am back to working more than one job and there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day!!!

I find that this makes squeezing in everything a challenge. I will need to keep on eye on the type of eating that I do and try to start new habits that insures that I am getting my exercise in.

I am such a competitive person however that the motivation to earn spark points helps to keep me on track

    Wishing you luck. I'm in a similar situation. It's tough, especially when your jobs don't allow you some kind of regular schedule. I'm sure you'll work it out though, hang in there!

Spark music got me up and moving! Love that you can listen to the music while working on the computer had me making sure that I did not sit too long .

Everyday is a new day! Bootcamp last week

We are heading into the last week of bootcamp. It has been great to do the videos as I had not done these kind of exercises or used video on my laptop to exercise. I love it when there are new experiences that I can then add to my habits!

I love that this is happening when the weather has made my walks outside either shorter or less frequent than in the good weather.

I will love to see the differences at the end of bootcamp. I am however not one of the ones that will be reporting the amazing weight loss others have reported instead I think my gain will be that I have new tools to work with.

    I just found this videos and did the first boot camp today. I'm going to do each one for two days as today I could tell I was only working at 80% of what I should have been...tomorrow I'm going to push for full!!! I have no idea what the weigh effect will be, but based upon today....I can tell you have to have more tone to have made it to the end. Whoo Hoo way to go!

Bootcamp update

Okay I making this for the bootcamp begining. I weight 162 pounds I have added my picture from Christmas YUCK. I don't like my picture being taken as it is not who I am on the inside. Without mirrors I think I look pretty good but then when I see a picture I am reminded that I have added a significant amount of weight and I am looking old, old, old. Got my hair cut at the beginning of the challenge. I am determined to make this work! Okay I went through the pictures and this one was the best but I hate that my kitchen cabinets were open. We were putting the dishes away! Oh well that is the other goal this year is to be more organized!!!

    Recent pictures of me knock all the spirit out of me. So I'm not having any pictures taken for now, like you, I forget and think I look better. That's better for my motivation too. Besides when I was thin and younger, some pictures were pretty bad at times too...but I didn't let them define me so why should I now. We can reclaim ourselves and "see" the best we can be in the mirror and the new pictures to come! emoticon
