Week 1 BLC 15 Challenge

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE

Friday;

N utrition- Know your calorie range and stay within it, eating 5 freggies per day I ate way more than 5 vegies but was under the calorie range

E xercise- Get up and moving for 20 minutes minimum! 149 minutes

W rite it-BLOG-JOURNAL-LOG At the end of the day sit down and have a talk with you...What did you Accomplish Today...What areas could still use some work? Give yourself a Grade and Try to Beat that Tomorrow! This can be in your own personal journal or a public blog YOUR CHOICE! I felt good about food choices, mad at my husband so don't give myself an A as I hate that feeling. I need to clarify what I am angry about.

Friday-Monday. Jan 7-10. 5 points per goal, 15 points possible per day, 60 points possible total for the whole weekend.

    I like how you're blogging our weekend challenge! You did a great job!! I missed my exercise, if I don't do it in the morning I procrastinate in the evening and it never gets done.

  Never thought of a point system with a grade. Good Idea! This time I have not try to do everything at once at high speed. I am concentrating more and journaling consistently. Thanks for the tip!

New Year video that is beautiful!

The blessing of a winter storm

I find that a winter storm at times creates a peace. You have no decision to make about going out into the storm. You need to huddle down. I have enjoyed the peace and the time to get myself organized.

My new and improved sparking goal calendar!!!

I decided to make a monthy spark goal calendar. I use PowerPoint to create the monthy page and then I post it on the frig. I hope to look back at in through the year to see what goals I have accomplished! Here is October, November, December. Everyday I try to accomplish something toward the goal.

This is November, note there are some goals that have remained because I have not accomplished them yet. This will also give me an idea as to how long it takes to accomplish something.




What do you think? I know that this month I have already accomplished many of the goals this tells me that it takes me about 3 months to work on them ( similar to what they say about a new habit.
