WEEK 1 CHALLENGE
N utrition- Know your calorie range and stay within it, eating 5 freggies per day I ate way more than 5 vegies but was under the calorie range
E xercise- Get up and moving for 20 minutes minimum! 149 minutes
W rite it-BLOG-JOURNAL-LOG At the end of the day sit down and have a talk with you...What did you Accomplish Today...What areas could still use some work? Give yourself a Grade and Try to Beat that Tomorrow! This can be in your own personal journal or a public blog YOUR CHOICE! I felt good about food choices, mad at my husband so don't give myself an A as I hate that feeling. I need to clarify what I am angry about.
Friday-Monday. Jan 7-10. 5 points per goal, 15 points possible per day, 60 points possible total for the whole weekend.
