Not Happy!!

Well it has been a very bad couple of weeks. APEC was crazy, one of my employees left and replacement quit after 2 days, and school work is piling up!!

Thankfully I did not gain weight the week of 11/5-12, however, this last week I gained 2.2 pounds. Not happy about that, but all my fault as I ate a bit too much and didn't make time for my walks. I will be happy when school is done on 12/9.

Pull up the big girl panties and get back on track. School done on 12/9 and hopefully I can find my brain and workout more.

Bummer about the gain, but it happens. Watch the salt. That can really contribute to a gain.

APEC week here

My work schedule is changed some due to Hawaii hosting the APEC this week, so since I will be home early I plan to walk 3.5 miles per day.

Busy Week

I had a very busy week and not feeling very well about all that's on my plate to do, so made some bad choices on foods and didn't walk alot, but no weight gain and no loss.

Well here's to starting a new week for me and getting back on track again.

    Sometimes staying neutral helps your body adjust to the changes in your body. I have another 50 pounds to lose, and my Doctor says the slower I lose them, and exercise consistently, I will have less FLAB to deal with. By giving my body time to accept the changes, the weight will have a good chance to STAY gone!
So, if slow and steady will help me be healthier and like my body better, then I will develop patience and persevere until I reach my goal. BUT I WANT IT NOW! LOL!
Guess I need to talk to my inner brat and tell her WE are taking our time and enjoying the journey!
I know the week will be busy, but take each day as it comes. Plan as best you can and follow your routines. Don't allow anything or anyone to take your inner peace!

Okay still going in the right direction

Only lost a half pound this week, but still going in the right direction, right? Didn't do my long walk as planned but went to a cultural event today and walked around-doesn't feel the same. Well planning on a loooong walk on Monday let's hope for no rain.

    Hang in there! It all adds up over time to a loss...
I have the tendency to get rattled when my weight changes from day to day...I know it does, but seeing it on my Wii could be a problem...
I keep telling myself I am not the numbers on the scale, and I AM losing! My clothes show me that!

Today was made great by me losing 1.5 lbs. I had really hoped that walking regularly this week and the long walk on Monday would help, but never know til weigh in day.

Well off today so going to go walking some more. Need to keep this walking up and not get lazy.
