It has been a very busy week at work and although very tired I went for a five mile walk today. Felt great!!

    I miss my walks. Work has been so crazy since July when a.new.general manager came aboard. Need to make it a priority to put me on top of the list.

Out of Shape in Running

Well I am back to interval training for my half marathon in March and boy I am out of shape in running. Busy morning so was only able to walk/run for 30 mins (running was more like 4 mins) hope to increase the running each week.

GRRRR!! Pity Train Here

Sorry pity train here....I have been doing good despite i have been super busy at work and not working out as much, but I have been gaining weight fast, 4lbs, in the last 2 weeks. I know I have eaten some things I really should not have but no where near what would cause a 4 lbs gain in TWO weeks.

    It sounds like it's probably mostly water retention if you ate more salt or processed or restaurant foods. I agree with Jenny - don't let it get you down one bit. Keep focus on the big picture and you'll get there!

Feeling Great!!

Went for a 6 mile walk today with my mom in prep for Great Aloha Run on Monday. I feel amazing and can't wait to walk.

I really hope to meet some of the Spark friends after we cross that line. Section CC

Been awhile..sorry

Well got thru the holidays with some weight gain due to less walking (late nights at work) but i have jumped back on tracking food, although not completely good but getting better. Walks are still taking a back burner as deadlines at work.

GOOD LUCK to everyone in 2012.
