There is still a lot more to move. The rainy weather doesn't help! but we will be done sooner than I think..

Once I get situated, I will be able to start my workouts. I am getting pretty excited about it actually. Hopefully my body won't be super sore - but it probably will be hahaha. My arms are a bit sore from moving the tupperware containers. At least it is exercise!

I also can't wait for the nicer weather so I can walk more. I don't mind the rain, but I don't want to walk outside in it too much. Well, I do WANT to! but I would rather not get sick again haha.

I hit my goal of 185! 65 fat pounds gone FOREVER & I am at the next level on the stupid BMI scale.

I feel happy & sad at the same time. There is so much more I want to lose still. BUT I am definitely ready to continue my weight loss journey. I am ready to start working out more. I will have more room in the house to move around in, so I can follow some work out videos. Hopefully the workout will help me lose faster - plus I will be in better shape. That is a plus too! More fitness! I am going to add more fruits & veggies to my diet too. I will be closer to a farm which sells really cheap produce! I am much more likely to buy grapes at 99 cents a pound instead of $4.99 regular price at the food store - yikes!

I want to get some pictures taken, but I just haven't had the time!

I hope everyone is doing well! It is almost Friday woohoooooooo!

    The way I dealt with that, and still do is I quit thinking I was on a journey or a diet. I was simply living the way I needed to live.

I have lost about 80lbs....but have held steady for a while and would like to drop another 10-15, so I am at the plateau you might be at. In my mind there is only one way to drop weight. Burn more calories than you ingest, so you have two choices. Cut back on what you eat or increase the amount of activity to burn calories. Those are the only two ways to do it short of some medical procedure.

And also, think about this. Hitting a plateau is a good thing. If you hit a weight and stick to it withing the normal few lb swing from one day to the next, it means you are at a lifestyle level that can maintain your weight. That's BIG!!

If you are of the mindset you are on something that one day you will be off, it's nice to know your habits are ingrained to the point you know you won't start gaining weight back.

Now that would suck worse than not losing.

    Good luck on your journey. I started at 187 lbs and am down to 181.. maybe we can do this journey together. Keep your head up, you've done a great job so far and you WILL continue to keep going. Wishing you the best.

I just went through 10 days of antibiotics for 2 ear infections & a throat infection. Well the ear infections came back & I got a sinus infection too! I went to the Drs again last night, and he gave me steroids and a different antibiotic. He said I may think about getting surgery even though he said I shouldn't a few months ago.. My ENT Dr 2 years ago told me I have small nasal cavities. This causes me to have a constant sinus infection. I cough up icky stuff every morning, but normally I am fine after that. But sometimes it flares up and causes more problems - like the past month & a half. So if I get surgery it should open up the passages & allow proper draining. Sigh. I don't want another surgery! I had so many so far.. I just hate having so many problems. I hate being sick too!!

Oh well. I am in SUCH a good mood. I don't know if it is the medication or what. Even though I still feel sick, my ears don't hurt as much. We are having our last game night at the apartment this Friday. Then Sunday we are going to a semi-local zoo with our friends. Yay! I am trying to stay POSTITIVE even though so much is going on!!!

Although I am working today, my weekend pretty much started last night. I played some games with a couple of friends and my FH. I didn't want to go to bed, but I had to! The weather is really nice today. I hope it holds up for Sunday. We are going to play with some wolfies at a Wolf Rescue/Shelter. I am so excited about it!!! It is almost my roomie's birthday on Sunday, but I probably won't even see him. He isn't a big fan of birthdays. I got him a present last year and he was mad at me grrr. Oh well. I got him 4 presents this year. They are also considered house-warming gifts since he just bought a house and is moving this month.

I am moving too, but I don't want to talk about that just yet...

French Fries YUM!

When it comes to JUNK food, I really don't have too much of a problem. I can say no to cake. I just did yesterday at work! Candy? No thank you. Ice Cream? Meh. Potato Chips? Nah. (Sometimes I can't say no to a tortilla chip though)

FRENCH FRIES?!???!!!?! YESSSSSSSSS Please. and I want more!!!!!!

I am pretty sure this is the only food I can't turn down. I don't really like the oven baked kind you make at home even though there are 50 different flavors of those. I LOVE them at a restaurant. I don't order them myself, but if someone else gets them I WANT THEM hahaha. I won't eat McDonalds or Burger King fries though. I don't even go there to eat.

You know what? I don't care that I eat them. I have been tracking again, and it really helps to show exactly what I have been eating. I need more fruits in my diet. Less fries & more fruit hahaha. I really don't eat them everyday anyways. I just think it is funny how much I really love them!

    I make fries in the oven. And I have counted out my fries to!

Yesterday, we went to McD's for lunch, something I have not done in months.
Did I say I LOVE their fries!
Anyway, I was being good so I ordered Coffee (reg) , Grilled Chicken w lettuce,tomato no mayo and fries. we had a coupon for buy one get one extra value meal. The fries came out and they were in largest box I have ever seen!
I eat less than a 1/2. After,I looked on the side of the box and it said Cal 380. So I figured I eat about 190. After, I took the rest home. I really felt good about leaving McD's w/a doggy bag! Afte,r I thought fries are not the best when u heat them up again so in the trash they went w/the other 190 cal!
I am proud that I did not eat all and the rest of them!!!!

    When you get the real thing, it's worth it. I don't eat them much, but about 3 weeks ago we ate off a lunch wagon. I got a hamburger and fries. Delicious! I made up for it. It settled my craving for another 6 months.

    I love french fries too! But I also love chocolate, candy, and basically anything bad for you! I am happy to hear that you know you can eat french fries, as long as you account for have the right mindset!
